Another PandoMonthly has come and gone. Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh took the stage last night to discuss how he got into the business of selling shoes online, the importance of corporate culture, and the Downtown Project, his attempt to transform Las Vegas into a tech hub.

Throughout the night Hsieh revealed that Zappos employees would rather have a doggy day care than a day care for, you know, children, discussed whether or not startups should move to Las Vegas, and said that building a city might be a little different from building a company.

The full video of the event is available for streaming below, and you can also check out our YouTube playlist of bite-sized segments. Tickets for PandoMonthly NYC with The Huffington Post and BuzzFeed’s Jonah Peretti are on sale now, and half of the ticket price goes to Charity:Water to help bring clean water to Rwanda.
