4moms Raises $20M from Bain Capital Ventures
Bain Capital Ventures has invested $20 million in 4moms, a company building “smart” parenting products. 4moms’ first product is a stroller with phone-charging generators in its wheels, an LCD screen that displays temperature data, and one-button folding and unfolding. The company’s next product will be a playard with the same functionality, saving parents from many hours of befuddlement as they attempt to unfold their child’s playard.
