Blogger Jeff Stern recently spent some time in a Verizon Wireless store, and came up with a few pretty obvious suggestions for how the company should change. They’re at the source, but I think it’s worth noting that the changes suggested should seem entirely and completely obvious to the executives in charge of Verizon.
