Apple has decided to reject a parody of Angry Birds, called Angry Syrians, which depicted a cartoon version of Syrian leader Bashar al-Assad being bombed a la Angry Birds. The application was rejected by Apple for being “defamatory,” which seems like a bad excuse for Apple to make. It’s really a no-win situation here for Apple.
