AT&T Charges for Exceeding Broadband Cap, Won’t Let You See When You’re Approaching Said Cap
See if this one makes sense: AT&T, which introduced broadband caps last year, still won’t show a number of subscribers how much data they’re using in a month. The company is willing – and happy – to charge users when they use too much data, but doesn’t provide a method for users to check on their usage throughout the month. How does that saying go – forewarned is fore-”Hey you don’t have to pay overages this month”?
