Ian Rogers, an industry veteran who ran Topspin, a music services site, will be tasked with building out the new music service for Beats, the headphone maker fronted by Jimmy Iovine and Dr. Dre. Last year, the company bought the subscription service MOG with the intent of recreating it with Beats’ marketing power. Details are scant, but the company is calling the project “Daisy,” and hopes to launch next fall.
