Comcast market value closes above $100 billion for the first time ever
For the first time ever, Comcast has hit a $100 billion market value. According to Bloomberg, Comcast now has a high market capitalization than McDonald’s and Disney, and it is gaining on companies like Intel and Cisco. Since buying a controlling stake in NBC Universal almost two years ago, Comcast, the largest US cable company, has increased its stock by over two-thirds, despite CEO Brian Roberts’ apparent lunacy.
