Neelie Kroes appears to be relieved that SOPA is being stopped in the U.S. legislature. She tweeted twice regarding SOPA, which is interesting as she is an official from the EU, and as such her opinion shouldn’t (and likely won’t) have an impact on proceedings. It is interesting to note, however, that more and more foreign leaders and paying close attention to SOPA.
