Samsung may not be able to get its Galaxy Tab 10.1 back into the States, but The Verge reports that the ban on the company’s Galaxy Nexus has been temporarily suspended. The phone will only be on sale until Apple formally responds to Samsung’s request for the ban’s removal, at which point the two companies’ legal wars will continue and the court will decide if the Galaxy Nexus should be re-banned.
