Canada-based education startup Desire2Learn has raised an $80 million Series A from New Enterprise Associates and Omers Ventures. The profitable startup provides online teaching tools to 700 customers and 8 million students in elementary schools, colleges and adult- continuing education across the U.S., including New York.
