Houzz raises $35 million
Houzz, the home improvement-focused site that matches contractors with homeowners, has raised a large round of funding worth $35 million led by New Enterprise Associates and GGV Capital, with participation from Sequoia Capital, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Comcast Ventures. David Sacks, and Oren Zeev also participated. Houzz, started by a married couple frustrated with their own journey in home repairs, has raised a total of $48.6 million.
