InsideHook raises $1.7M, grabs former Daily Candy exec as new CEO

Thrillist for old guys startup InsideHook has raised a $1.7 million from Trigger Media and added former Daily Candy Head of Sales Aly Racer as its CEO. The company launched in March to target the post-Thrillist audience of established men in their late-30s and 40s with disposable income. The round brings the company’s total funding to $2.5 million.
