Marissa Mayer continues to make changes at Yahoo, this time opening up the change-making process to the rest of the company, according to a report by AllThingsD. According to the report, Mayer has now implemented a system — dubbed PB&J — which is pushing employees to suggest changes and vote on them. It’s not revolutionary, but every little bit helps in turning a company around.
