New evidence bolsters “no poaching” case against tech companies
More evidence has come to light that alleges Silicon Valley tech companies were secretly engaged in “no poaching” agreements to protect each other from talent raids. A statement filed by former Palm boss Edward Colligan shows that in 2007 Apple CEO Steve Jobs tried to get Colligan to agree to a pact not to hire away each other’s tech talent.
