Thanks to the data gained from a lawsuit against the FAA, the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) has been able to map out where unmanned public or private drones are flying in the United States. These drones, operated by agencies, universities, and all 3 branches of the US military, have been used for various reasons, most of which for surveillancing drug growth or trafficking. These drones have the capacity to capture high resolution images of entire cities, and can potentially used for capturing traffic violations. Check out the map to see if there is a drone near you!  [Source: Electronic Frontier Foundation]
