Storage startup Nimble Storage has raised $40.7 million from Sequoia Capital, Accel Partners, and others as it builds towards a possible IPO in 2013. Founded by executives from Data Domain and NetApp, Nimble offers mass storage, backup, and disaster-recovery services.
