Nokia has announced Music+, a premium upgrade to its streaming music service. Music+ will cost $3.99 per month and is essentially an unlimited version of Nokia’s Pandora-like with multiple stations — subscribing offers unlimited “skips” (allowing a user to bypass as many horrible songs as they want) and other typical Internet radio fare.
