Nokia’s Only Getting $4.9M For What’s Left of Qt
Days after announcing that a transaction had been agreed, Finnish software firm Digia has revealed financial details of its purchase of the Qt application framework from Nokia. Digia will pay approximately €4 million ($4.9 million) Symbian and MeeGo apps development tool. Nokia purchased Qt in 2008 for $150 milion however it already sold the commercial licensing and services elements of Qt to Digia last year for an undisclosed sum.
