The organization Reporters Without Borders has sent an open letter to Twitter Executive Chairman Jack Dorsey, requesting that he and Twitter as a whole not cooperate with censors. Although Twitter has made it clear that all censorship orders will be made clear on the site, and that all requests will be published on Chilling Effects, Reporters Without Borders makes it clear that won’t be enough.
