Peter Thiel has launched Mithril, his new $402 million fund for late-stage investments. The fund will invest across a variety of categories, including the oft-neglected clean tech sphere. A partner in the fund, Jim O’Neill, says that the fund will not be more or less inclined to invest in a company if Founders Fund has also invested.
