Russian man accused of “organizing mass disorder” Tweets arrest
Sergei Udaltsov, a Russian man that has been using social media to protest Putin’s retaking of the Russian presidency, Tweeted details about his arrest and the time leading to an interrogation by the State Investigative Agency. Udaltsov is accused of “organizing mass disorder” for meeting with Givi Targamadze, a Georgian politician, and discussing potential methods for uprising.
