SocialFlow, a social media-focused adtech company based in New York, has raised $7.75 million in Series B funding. The round has room to go up to $10 million, according to an SEC filing. Rudina Seseri of Fairhaven Capital and angel investor Peter Hershberg joined the company’s board. Previously the company had raised a $7 million Series A from New York investors RRE Ventures, Betaworks, High Line Venture Partners, AOL Ventures and Softbank NY, as well as SV Angel.
