The Photographer Of That Viral Falling Bear Photo Might Sue His School
If you’ve been pretty much anywhere on the Internet this week, you’ve almost certainly seen that picture of the tranquilized bear falling out of a tree. As it turns out, the photo’s photographer is none too happy that it’s gone viral the way it has. He’s considering suing the school paper where he volunteers, claiming they’re not being active enough in making sure he gets credit and/or cash. Alas, friend, that’s just the way the cookie crumbles — once the Internet embraces a photo and runs with it, the only blood you can squeeze out of that stone is puttin’ that bullet point on your resume.
