The Electronic Frontier Foundation has published an article detailing exactly why ACTA is dangerous, how it has avoided the normal checks-and-balances of IP law creation, and how the secret negotiations will damage freedom and centralize power in an “ACTA Committee”. Gotta love bureaucracy, they come up with really creative ways of passing regulations.
