Last Friday, we launched our new radio show, PandoWeekly, featuring an interview with Kik founder and CEO Ted Livingston. Somehow, the thing got 60,000 listeners, which we're pretty bloody chuffed with.

Next up, on Friday at 3pm EST (and downloadable thereafter), we have Evan Ratliff, founder of digital publishing startup Atavist, co-host of the Longform Podcast, and a journalist who has written extensively for Wired and The New Yorker, among many others.

I'll be asking Ratliff about the Atavist's new push into DIY micropublishing, the startup's partnership with Barry Diller's IAC, and what he thinks about the prospect for "slow media" in the Twitter age. Even though he's sick of talking about it, I'll probably also ask him about his famous Wired story "Vanish," which is about disappearing off the grid. Perhaps he has some tips for Edward Snowden.

So, tomorrow at 3pm EST, tune in live. Or wait until we upload it here on the site afterwards.
